About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at ADMR. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care, promoting independence and dignity in the client's daily life.
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services, ensuring the client's comfort and well-being.
  • Participate in identifying client needs and monitoring their progress, collaborating with the care team to develop personalized care plans.
  • Support the prevention of client dependence and promote healthy habits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals through regular updates and reports.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of customized care projects in collaboration with the client, their family, and the care team.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Caregiving or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
