Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Development Apprentice/Intern to join our team at Forvia Automotive Seating. As a key member of our Human Resources Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the international operating Management Development Team by coordinating the development, training, and competencies management of Managers and Professionals within the Business Group and in line with the Group Human Resources policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation, execution, and communication of HR projects within the Business Group.
  • Support the Talent & Organizational Development Process at the Business Group level.
  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of People Reviews and other talent committees.
  • Optimize reporting systems and consolidate data between the Business Group and Divisions.

Requirements
  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn.
  • Orientation to details.
  • Good communication, organization, and planning skills.
  • Team spirit, international, agile mindset.
  • Writing and data analytics competencies.
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR is a plus.
  • Master degree.
