Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audiovisual Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our event team, you will be responsible for coordinating the technical and logistical aspects of live events, including concerts, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement technical plans for events, including sound, lighting, and video equipment
• Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and develop customized solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in the industry
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications and equipment lists
• Coordinate with internal teams, including event management, marketing, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements
