We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing electrical installations within industrial settings.

• Interpret and analyze electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
• Effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of electrical projects, including documentation, material procurement, and tool utilization.
• Perform high and low voltage electrical installations with precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Assemble and wire electrical distribution panels and cabinets according to specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing procedures on completed installations to guarantee functionality and safety.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.

• Possess a minimum of a BAC+2 degree in Electrotechnics or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience leading electrical teams and managing projects effectively.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of both high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Hold valid electrical authorizations and certifications.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding a small team and working independently with initiative.
• Maintain a proactive and responsible approach to all tasks and responsibilities.
• Show a thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Be open to travel as required for project assignments.
