IT Infrastructure Manager

Zoï's IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, mobile, networks, and systems. This is an exciting role as it interfaces with different sites, requiring excellent technical skills as well as top-notch communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, collaborating with the IT manager to ensure smooth operation of all IT-related functions.
Provide user support, assisting users in the installation and usage of computer hardware and software, and diagnosing and resolving IT incidents through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Manage assistance requests using a ticketing system, ensuring regular follow-ups and maintaining a knowledge base to facilitate user support.
Create user guides and technical procedure documentation, and prepare periodic activity reports for the IT manager.
Administer servers, ensuring their stability, security, and efficient operation, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels across various systems and applications.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity, and review emerging technologies for potential adoption within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network administration, operating systems, mobile device management, virtualization, IT architecture, and service management.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
Fluent written and spoken French is mandatory, as is operational English.
