Equipment Maintenance Technician

SUEZ is seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our non-rolling equipment by conducting comprehensive inspections, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from installing and adjusting equipment at client sites to diagnosing and resolving hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues. You'll also contribute to optimizing intervention times and efficiency, as well as performing mechanical upgrades and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly inspections, maintenance, and greasing of non-rolling equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Clean, repair, or replace defective elements.
- Provide accurate quotes for non-rolling equipment at client sites.
- Contribute to the improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Train users on equipment operation.
- Proficiently read plans, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Quality, Safety, and Environment:
- Maintain a clean workspace and service vehicle.
- Ensure quality and traceability of interventions following established procedures.
- Verify and report any discrepancies in parts and tools used.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Promote the safety of team members, colleagues, and others.
- Participate in safety initiatives.
- Comply with client safety plans.
- Uphold a clean and hygienic work environment.
Administrative Management:
- Document intervention reports and updates in the maintenance management system.
- Manage spare parts inventory effectively.
- Maintain strict tool tracking procedures.
- Contribute to safety procedure updates and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Technical training in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal or external maintenance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
