Instructional Designer

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support a global initiative aimed at transforming GxP learning across multiple manufacturing sites.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact project within a leading life sciences organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global and site-specific teams to identify redundancies in learning content and develop a cohesive, instructionally sound learning curriculum.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Work on-site at designated locations to ensure the successful deployment of new learning experiences.
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to manage evolving priorities and constraints.
- Contribute to the overall goal of reducing time to proficiency for new operators, improving learner retention, and enabling a more flexible workforce.
- Strong experience in instructional design, preferably in a regulated environment such as life sciences.
- Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity in eLearning development tools including, but not limited to, Articulate Storyline, Audacity, Camtasia, and Vyond.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, JavaScript, and Technical Writing.
- Ability to drive design processes and lead the development of instructional materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Experience in GxP learning or a similar regulatory framework.
- Background in life sciences or manufacturing environments.
