Our South-East Regional Directorate is in search of a:
Agency Manager (M/F)
Location: Agency based in Cusset (main site) / Branch in Montmarault
Reporting directly to the Sector Operations Director, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Vichy agency, encompassing human resources, technical operations, financial oversight, and commercial activities. Leading a diverse team of approximately 40 professionals, you will foster team development while actively engaging in the agency's commercial growth and client retention strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving optimal profitability through the formulation of effective action plans
- Managing client relationships and monitoring satisfaction metrics
- Organizing and streamlining agency operations
- Efficiently planning and scheduling maintenance visits
- Overseeing budget implementation
- Administering agency operations effectively
- Cultivating a network of local partners and subcontractors
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and facilitating effective communication within the agency
Additionally, you will maintain robust industrial relations within the agency.
Profile:
- Educational background in technical or commercial fields
- Extensive experience in profit center management and service company operations, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to knowledge sharing
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Analytical mindset coupled with commercial insight
