Early Childhood Educator

API EN GASCOGNE is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Multi-accueil facility in L'Isle Jourdain.

We provide nurturing care for children aged 10 weeks to 3 years old, focusing on their holistic development through engaging activities such as music and physical expression.

• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for children and their parents, building strong relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Collaborate effectively with the Assistant EJE and Nurse to contribute to our educational project and foster a positive team dynamic.
• Plan and implement stimulating educational activities and workshops that encourage children's growth, independence, and exploration.
• Work closely with other departments within the association to ensure seamless coordination and support for all aspects of childcare.

• Possess a recognized State Diploma in Education for Young Children.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued.
• Share our commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and nurturing a love of learning in young children.
