We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and proficiency in Python programming. You will work closely with various teams to provide insightful analysis and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets.
- Utilize Python to develop statistical models and analytical reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify data needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Participate in continuous improvement of data analysis processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Expertise in Python programming and data libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.
- Proficiency in managing and manipulating large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or other) is a plus.
