Assistant Store Manager H/F

In your role as a key player in a retail environment, you will be tasked with executing the commercial strategy and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will support the store's operational management (scheduling, cash handling, inventory control) and oversee team dynamics.
Collaborating closely with the store manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Coaching and sharing effective practices to boost team capabilities
- Adjusting pricing strategies in accordance with guidelines
- Enhancing product oversight: inventory, orders, merchandising, etc.
- Guaranteeing optimal product presentation and stock replenishment
- Managing financial transactions
- Assisting with operational documentation
- Conducting stock assessments
- Upholding a pristine store environment
Qualifications:
Ideally possessing a BAC+2 qualification with substantial experience in retail or food service. A proactive leader with excellent organizational and sales acumen. Your adaptability enables you to prioritize tasks effectively.
Employment Details:
Job Level: Intermediate
Permanent position of 36.75 hours weekly
Salary: base pay plus performance bonuses.
