Product Marketing Assistant EMEA Role at MAC Cosmetics

About the Role:
MAC Cosmetics is seeking a Product Marketing Assistant EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the launch of over 50 collections per year in the EMEAI zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the launch of over 50 collections per year in close relation with the 18 markets of the region.
- Consolidate and analyze sales data from SAP/BI for both continuous and limited-edition items.
- Deep dive into data, analyzing both MAC and competitors through monthly reporting to gain insights into our performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with the regional cross-functional teams to provide a strategy and assets for product launches.
- Daily support of the markets of the region to ensure seamless cascade of information.
- Support the creation of Forecasting guidelines for all new programs and update all information upon changes.
- Draft and send weekly Regional Newsletter to cascade all regional product updates to affiliates.
- Support in updating lineup changes and Product assortment strategy.
- Support in preparation of product marketing related strategy presentations and materials.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven individual with a first experience in Marketing and a previous experience in the cosmetics industry. You should have a good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and be rigorous, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
