Job Title: Assistant Boutique Manager

Club Med is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our boutique, including managing the cash register, receiving and processing merchandise, and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the boutique and manage the cash register
  • Receive and process merchandise, including returns and exchanges
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies
  • Plan and execute in-store events, such as fashion shows and clearance sales
  • Manage a team of sales associates and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 4+ months of experience in a retail or management role
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Previous management experience and ability to lead a team
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
