We are seeking a qualified Nursery Assistant to join our team at Groupe Clinipole. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our nursery.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome families and children to the nursery, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Record and relay necessary information for the child's care throughout the day, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Meet children's basic needs and provide care related to sleep, hygiene, and nutrition, promoting healthy habits and routines.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety and well-being of the children, creating a secure and nurturing environment.
- Implement the educational project in line with the establishment's educational project, promoting learning and development.
- Arrange living and play spaces that encourage children's free exploration and offer development-promoting activities, fostering creativity and curiosity.
- Support the child's language acquisition, autonomy, and socialization, helping them develop essential skills and relationships.
- Adopt a professional approach and collaborate with other professionals, working effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain hygiene and the good condition of the children's living space and equipment, upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Contribute to the overall functioning and specific mission of the institution's reception, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Holder of CAP AEPE or CAP Petite Enfance (required).
- Minimum one year experience in early childhood care facility.
- Childcare and Hygiene: Mastery of basic care techniques for children, including hygiene, diaper changing, and age-specific care.
- Safety and Prevention: In-depth knowledge of nursery safety standards, ability to prevent accidents and respond effectively in emergencies.
- Child's Development and Awakening: Competence in implementing educational activities that promote children's motor, cognitive, and social development.
- Professional Communication: Ability to establish clear and respectful communication with parents, colleagues, and supervisors for optimal collaboration.
- Behavior Management: Ability to manage children's various behaviors using suitable techniques to encourage positive behavior.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously with the rest of the nursery team to create a caring and stimulating environment for children.
- Salary: €1,766.92 gross/month.
- Contribution to health insurance.
- Providence coverage.
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7 hours per day).
- Schedule: rotating shifts over 4 weeks.
