Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to spearhead the formulation and execution of our procurement strategy. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, complemented by at least 5 years of procurement experience within the catering or hospitality sectors. Proficiency in English is essential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the procurement strategy.
- Conduct and lead negotiations utilizing the six-step sourcing process along with various negotiation techniques.
- Manage supplier performance to guarantee timely and complete deliveries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and execute reduction initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations related to food and packaging.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in the catering or hospitality sectors.
- Experience in catering companies is essential.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
