Your Mission: Reporting directly to the Service Center Director, you will be instrumental in overseeing our transportation and distribution operations. Your role will include leading the distribution team, refining our routing strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulations. You will play a vital part in meeting our financial targets while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the distribution team, ensure adherence to HR protocols, and manage fleet operations efficiently.
  • Operational Oversight: Create and modify delivery schedules, address customer emergencies, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Financial Oversight: Formulate and track the budget, manage expenses, and enhance resource utilization.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure regulatory compliance, oversee work hours, and maintain secure access for personnel.
  • Client Engagement: Guarantee excellence in our distribution services to maximize customer satisfaction.
Profile Needed

Desired Profile:

  • Degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • A natural leader with strong independence and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing operational teams, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
