We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Frontend to join our team at Lyreco Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the frontend development team, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Frontend Expertise: Bring your expertise in frontend development to the table, including knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Software Design and Implementation: Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Technical Stack Management: Manage and maintain the technical stack, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with the latest industry trends.
- Code Quality and Documentation: Ensure that our code is of the highest quality, well-documented, and follows best practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge and expertise with the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Community Involvement: Participate in the Community of Practice, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Market Trend Identification: Identify market trends and opportunities that can benefit our team and products, and present and implement them accordingly.
- Recruitment and Talent Development: Support the Team Manager in the recruitment of new talents and the development of existing team members.
- Professional Qualification: 2+ years of experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, preferably in an international, multicultural environment.
- Professional Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to build relationships, change management, talent recognition, results-oriented, project/product management, analytical and creative, proactive problem-solving.
- Technical Skills: Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Lead developer, strong fundamentals in software design and development, knowledge of solutions architecture design patterns, global architecture design patterns, software craftsmanship principles, 5+ years of JavaScript experience, 5+ years of frontend frameworks and libraries experience, 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
