Key Responsibilities
- Enhance user engagement with the EPM platform (focus on Polaris)
- Implement change management strategies, training sessions, and effective communication to support users.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to the Tagetik Polaris tool and its associated processes for financial planning and reporting.
- Foster a vibrant user community by sharing updates and insights on the EPM platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve user queries and ensure seamless integration with other planning tools.
- Assess training needs and facilitate training sessions on various EPM tools.
- Conduct feedback surveys to gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop documentation to share best practices and tips with users.
- Partner with local change champions to identify and address change management needs.
- Optimize financial planning and reporting processes
- Monitor requests for enhancements to the Polaris Tagetik system.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements for future platform improvements.
- Update and configure reports or dashboards for internal financial reporting.
- Support the Group's Financial Digital Transformation initiatives
- Assist in ongoing or upcoming Finance 4.0 projects.
- Engage in project workshops and provide valuable input.
- Evaluate the impact of project decisions on the Polaris platform and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Ensure data integrity across systems
- Conduct data consistency checks between source data and reporting tools.
- Analyze data discrepancies and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Language Proficiency : English is essential; French is advantageous.
- Educational Background : Degree from an Engineering or Business School or equivalent.
- Professional Experience : 3-4 years in EPM implementation or finance analysis, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Required Technical Skills
- Familiarity with EPM processes including financial planning and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Cloud EPM tools, particularly Tagetik.
- Knowledge of dashboarding tools like PowerBI is a plus.
- Understanding of project management and digital finance concepts.
- Skills in change management, training, and communication.
- Strong affinity for technology and collaboration with IT teams.
