Internship Role:
We are seeking interns to assist our Investment Banking Department, particularly in the following teams:1) Technology (Software)
2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)
Our department has established itself as a leader in advising growth companies on strategic financial transactions, encompassing M&A, ECM, and Private Placements.
Key Responsibilities:
The intern will be involved in:
· Engaging in a variety of deal types, including M&A, IPOs, and Private Placements for European and international growth firms.
· Creating client presentations such as pitches, teasers, and valuation documents.
· Conducting financial analyses, modeling, and valuations (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.).
· Supporting the deal team in transaction execution, including investor outreach and due diligence.
· Performing additional tasks such as corporate presentations and sector analyses.
