About the Job:

As a Sales Trainer, you will support the Regional Manager in developing the commercial skills of sales teams in the northern region, covering areas such as Lille, Arras, and Amiens. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accompanying and training sales representatives on a daily basis to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
  • Participating in the development of sales methods and tools, and ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Organizing and designing general training sessions on products, sales arguments, legal and tax aspects, and best practices for the network, in collaboration with relevant services.
  • Creating commercial communication materials for member meetings, prospects, trade shows, and other events.
  • Designing and leading specific events decided by the hierarchy throughout the year.
  • Regularly monitoring the activity of sales representatives using internal reporting tools and analyzing data to propose action plans to the hierarchy.


Required Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a trainer or sales coach in the insurance or wealth management sector, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • A proven track record of commercial success in the retail market.
  • Excellent pedagogical and animation skills to organize events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Proactivity in proposing ideas, events, and trade shows.
