Fondation OVE is seeking a dedicated Specialized Educator to join their team. The position requires a commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address specific needs and ensure a secure operational framework.
- Coordinate personalized support projects within the team and align with the institution's overall goals.
- Share essential knowledge with support staff and customize communication tools for residents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Oversee resident care continuity and facilitate collective or individual educational activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational practices and maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the unit.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a state diploma in Specialized Education and experience in the healthcare or social services sector. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
