Position Overview- Manage the administrative functions related to property management (including the preparation and distribution of meeting notifications, drafting of minutes, etc.)
- Monitor decisions made during general assemblies
- Address calls and correspondence from property owners
- Coordinate activities of service providers and supervise maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate property records and databases
- Assist the property manager in budget preparation and annual financial reporting
- Greet property owners and respond to their inquiries
Employment Conditions:
Permanent contract
Working hours: 39 hours per week
Quality bonuses / profit-sharing / participation
1 day of remote work per week
Compensatory time off available
Educational qualifications in real estate management or substantial experience in a comparable position
Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities
Proficiency in office software (Office Suite, real estate management applications)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills
Software proficiency: EVEN
