Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing food products following recipes and senior chefs' instructions, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  2. Maintaining adequate mise en place levels for seamless service, focusing on minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  3. Monitoring the quality, consistency, appearance, and taste of all food products, delivering excellence in every dish.
  4. Conducting daily hygiene checks in storage areas, ensuring compliance with Zuma's rigorous cleanliness and safety standards.
  5. Taking an active interest in learning other kitchen sections to support team collaboration and adaptability.
  6. Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance to reflect Zuma's commitment to professionalism.
