As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of store employees, ensuring the daily management of inventory flows through the teams.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supervising store employees responsible for finished goods, ensuring compliance with shipping procedures, and conducting quality control checks.
  • Monitoring inventory turnover, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that incoming merchandise meets quality standards.
  • Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient inventory management.

This role is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of store employees to achieve inventory management goals.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth inventory flows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Post available for day shifts.
  • Contract: Temporary.
