Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead our startup team focused on the AI and Generative AI sectors. This role is crucial for driving value through agile methodologies while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Oversee the SyGPT product within a SCRUM framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering exceptional value.
  • Backlog Management: Curate and prioritize the product backlog for SyGPT, leading sprint planning and reviews to ensure timely feature delivery.
  • Vision & Strategy: Formulate and communicate a clear vision for SyGPT, regularly updating the roadmap to reflect changing business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business units, gathering requirements and incorporating feedback to enhance platform functionality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize key performance indicators to assess platform effectiveness and guide future enhancements.
  • Market Insight: Analyze trends in AI and chatbot technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.
  • Governance & Prioritization: Implement governance within the Agile framework to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • User Adoption & Feedback: Evaluate user satisfaction and adoption rates, adjusting strategies based on feedback and analytics.

Stakeholder Interactions:

  • User Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal users to understand their needs and gather continuous feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other product teams and IT departments to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Leadership Alignment: Maintain proactive communication with IT and company leadership to ensure platform development aligns with broader strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment, preferably with SAFE methodology.
  • Proven track record in product management, especially in AI or technology.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in OKRs and KPIs.
  • CSPO or PSPO I certification.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for innovation and technology.
