**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Execution Specialist to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our Engineering & Construction department, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all contract documents and related files, ensuring compliance with our document classification plan.
  • Coordinate with our Purchasing and Financial teams to manage supplier and subcontractor documents, including order processing and invoicing.
  • Support the project team in preparing and sending documents for signature, including contracts and amendments.
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics for project team members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting project reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Manage certificates of competence under the supervision of the project manager.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering and Purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Support the project team in tracking project timelines and milestones.
  • Provide administrative support for dispute resolution with subcontractors and co-contractors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documents, as well as market public documents.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF creator, Docusign) and ability to quickly learn new tools, including SAP.
