Your Role: Front Desk Officer
Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant within our Administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting H.market's continued growth.
- Reception and Communication: Manage incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Handle correspondence efficiently and effectively.
- Administrative Support: Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings. Process mail, maintain files, and order supplies as needed.
- Office Management: Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner. Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for use.
- Customer Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Summarize key points from interactions to ensure smooth communication.

Your Profile:
• Graduate of a specialized administrative or receptionist training program.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in office tools and procedures.
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrates initiative, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
