About the Role:
The Global CRM Campaign Specialist plays a critical role in driving the company's global CRM strategy, focusing on email and direct marketing programs. This position is responsible for developing and executing tactical strategies to engage customers and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Global CRM Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints and improve consumer engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design, set up, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns, including one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Mobile Marketing: Manage the setup of new relational channels for mobile devices, including short messaging and notifications marketing.
- Regional Direct Marketing: Lead the execution of Regional Direct Marketing initiatives for North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring global consistency and local relevancy.
- Global CRM Guidelines: Create, update, and deliver global CRM guidelines and train Regional Digital Marketing teams to execute local plans against global strategy.
- Data & Analytics: Work with the global Data & Analytics team to define global audience strategy, consumer segments, and clusters to drive repeat purchase, retention, and net LTV.
- Global CRM Platform: Lead projects related to the global CRM platform, including template management, content blocks, and A/B tests, in collaboration with global IT teams.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure global CRM program engagement KPIs are maintained against set baselines for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes through continuous testing and learning.
- Trend Analysis: Maintain a global perspective on Direct Marketing, CRM, and Experience marketing trends and integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 to 6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields in an omnichannel Direct-to-consumer environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communication or graduated from a Business School.
- Skills: Experience working with global CRM Platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing and executing email marketing campaigns strategies and roadmaps, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Language: Written and oral English fluency required; other languages are a plus.
