Job Title: Senior Vice President of Debt Advisory

Clipperton Finance Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to join our Debt Advisory team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to sourcing and origination of new deals by developing multiple channels and maintaining relationships with companies and investors.
  2. Identify new prospects and participate in marketing and communication initiatives.
  3. Prepare commercial presentations and pitches for opportunities.
  4. Support execution on existing and upcoming transactions in debt, including leading the debt advisory process and analyzing business plans.
  5. Develop execution standards and train junior professionals.
Requirements:
  1. 10-15 years of experience in debt advisory.
  2. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.
  3. Strong academic record from a Tier 1 European Business and Engineering school or university.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with German, Spanish, or Italian a plus.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and independent individual with demonstrated analytical, financial, and client-driven skills in debt advisory.
