Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team at PASQAL. As a key member of our scientific team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing innovative hardware solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge hardware systems for our cutting-edge technology
  • Collaborate with our team of scientists and engineers to develop and implement new ideas
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans and reports on the outcome of technical development
  • Supervise junior engineers and master students
  • Analyze data, review papers, and present results to the team

Requirements:

  • PhD or 1+ years of professional experience in experimental engineering, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of industry experience
  • Programming skills for data analysis and simulations (Python, etc.)
  • Version control experience (git tools)
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English, French is a plus
