About the Role

Cerba HealthCare is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at our Marolles site in France. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accommodate and care for patients in the laboratory, verifying their identity and collecting clinical information to prepare for analysis.
  • Provide patients with information on the procedure, timelines, and result retrieval methods.
  • Perform blood collections in accordance with hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the well-being of patients and the quality of our services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Bac+2/Bac+3)
  • Valid Certificate of Blood Collection and AFGSU 2
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
