As a Spa Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our Spa Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accueillir et informer la clientèle du SPA (physique et téléphonique)
• Réaliser les prestations en cabine selon les protocoles du SPA
• Réaliser des ventes de produits et de cures
• Participer aux animations et aux événementiels

Requirements:

• BAC Pro et formation CQP
• Expérience confirmée de 2 ans en tant que SPA Praticien / Praticienne
• Capacité à se adapter aux besoins des clients
• Connaissance des techniques de soins
• Écoute active
• Parfaite élocution et présentation soignée
• Gestion et entretien de la cabine
