Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager for security features is tasked with shaping the vision and strategy for our product offerings, overseeing profitability, and enhancing unique selling propositions. This role encompasses defining and tracking the product roadmap, analyzing market competition, supporting client solutions and sales initiatives, crafting compelling offers, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: This position demands a unique blend of business insight and technical expertise, a broad perspective, and the resolve to realize that vision. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and collaborating with marketing, R&D, sales, and regulatory teams to create innovative solutions is essential.
  • Product Roadmap: You will be responsible for the Security Features roadmap and its promotion, which includes enhancing the profitability of existing products, broadening their market presence, and initiating the development of new offerings.
  • Execution:
    • Maintain effective communication across various departments.
    • Collaborate with R&D and partners to define product requirements, and work with product delivery teams to implement roadmap projects.
    • Engage with regional business lines to contribute to RFP responses, define go-to-market strategies, and communicate product features and roadmap.
    • Work with operational marketing to represent the product team effectively.

Key Missions:

  • Product Roadmap: Biannual release of the roadmap for ID Documents Security Features.
  • Product Management Activities: Business cases, functional requirements specifications, cost monitoring, product requirements, and user experience.
  • Product Marketing Activities: Go-to-market strategy, promotional materials, datasheets, competitive analysis, and workshops.
