Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PR Executive to support our business development and communications efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic PR and communications programs that align with our business goals in the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in PR and communications, with experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting. They will be able to develop and implement effective PR strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and create engaging content that showcases our brand.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the European PR lead in driving a strategic PR and communications program that supports Zoho's business goals in the region
  • Work in alignment with the marketing and social media teams to ensure programs support each other's activities in reaching the right audiences with the right messages at the right time
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and other PR agencies
  • Create engaging content, including press releases, articles, and social media posts, to showcase our brand and drive business results

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of PR or related experience, with a technology or software company (others may be considered)
  • Native fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong relationships with technology and business-focused journalists and a good understanding of how media publications work with PR

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated go-getter who is comfortable working in a remote environment and is able to build strong personal relationships with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders. They will also be willing to learn from others and self-improve in their role.

This role will be based in Lille, France, with occasional travel to our international headquarters in Chennai, India or to other European offices to learn more about Zoho and engage with various teams.
