Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Consultant to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions. As a key member of our global mobility team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients and their assignees on international relocation and assignment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relocation Process Management: Actively manage the relocation process for international assignees, providing guidance and support to clients and assignees throughout the process.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating assignees and their families for all global mobility and assignment management needs.
- HR and Manager Guidance: Provide HR and managers with expert guidance on the conditions of short-term and long-term missions abroad, including taxation, medical coverage, immigration, and retirement implications, in accordance with our company's Mobility policy and social and tax regulations.
- Service Provider Coordination: Ensure that all service providers associated with mobility are coordinated, including those responsible for invoicing, monitoring, and quotes.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep updated on legal, social, or tax news in France and other countries.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French.
- Experience: Previous experience within relocation, global mobility, and international assignment services sector, ideally experience in Big 4 or consulting firm providing international mobility advisory services.
- Skills: Able to work independently as well as a good team player, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
