We are seeking a Business Manager in Electrical Works for a prominent client.
This organization is a leading entity in the field of electrical installations across various sectors, recognized for its commitment to excellence. They are looking to enhance their workforce by bringing on board a Business Manager in Electrical Works.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, evaluate projects, approve estimates, and present proposals to clients.
- Oversee the financial aspects of projects to ensure profitability.
- Identify required resources for projects and coordinate teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor contractual obligations and legal considerations in collaboration with the legal team.
- Manage project timelines and workloads effectively.
- Recommend subcontractors and suppliers in partnership with the procurement department.
- Ensure adherence to the QHSE management system within teams, particularly focusing on safety regulations on-site.
This role primarily involves working with professional clients in tertiary and industrial environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a comparable position.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by challenges.
- Excellent commercial acumen and leadership abilities.
