Exciting Career Opportunity: Water Sports Educator Position

Company: Club Med Group

Contract Type: Temporary engagement for a duration of 6 to 12 months with opportunities for international relocation

Qualifications: Certification in windsurfing or a comparable credential, proficiency in English

Professional Background:

  • Prior experience in a related position
  • Possession of a boat operating license may be necessary in certain regions

Compensation Package: Seasonal employment with an attractive salary and performance bonuses, including accommodation, meals, and additional perks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both group and individual instruction for participants of all ages
  • Coordinate dynamic water sports events
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to within designated navigation zones
  • Regularly maintain and inspect equipment
  • Promote water sports activities within the Club Med environment
