We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Dassault Systèmes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with developers and business consultants to design and implement software features using agile methodologies, including test requirements, planning, design, and test automation.
- Ensuring quality governance throughout the development lifecycle, adhering to Definition of Done principles.
- Driving quality improvements and working with the team to achieve end-to-end test, performance test, and test automation coverage.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience leading a team of Quality Engineers using AGILE Scrum methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with relevant experience in software testing, development, test automation, or integration roles.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, particularly in Java and OOP, to automate test scripts and develop test harnesses/test tools.
- Working knowledge of Typescript, performance, and load testing would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong logical/analytical thinking.
