Job Title: SAP FICO/S4 Hana Principal

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO/S4 Hana Principal to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for managing full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP Finance and/or Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and business process improvement measures
• Ensure system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
• Provide sparring partner support for clients and project management responsibilities

Requirements:
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of full project lifecycles of work experience in the area of SAP FI/CO/FSCM
• Profound Finance and Controlling process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• S/HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter
• Willingness to travel where necessary
