Atos is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our data management systems. You'll collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and maintain databases that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design of robust database solutions, working closely with architects and developers to optimize performance and address specific requirements.
- Provide technical support to a diverse range of users, including developers, operations technicians, and IT network specialists. This includes assisting with tasks such as database refresh requests, backup/restore procedures, and performance tuning.
- Stay at the forefront of database technologies by researching new tools and methodologies. Assist in migrating existing systems to the cloud, ensuring seamless transitions and leveraging the latest advancements in database management.
Your Profile:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator in a similar environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in incident and request management systems.
- Be highly skilled in Linux systems administration and MySQL database management.
- Familiarity with shell scripting or Python is a valuable asset.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL tools is advantageous.
