Financial Risks Manager

We are seeking a Financial Risks Manager to join our team in Nanterre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial risks related to contracts and proposals with clients/partners, assessing financial risks, and setting up risk mitigation plans.
About the Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Manage financial risks related to contracts and proposals with clients/partners Assess financial risks, make recommendations, and set up risk mitigation plans Negotiate international trade banking and insurance instruments to get guarantees issued as per contractual requirements
- Provide support to clients for financing arrangement during proposal stage and until contract comes into force/financing is closed Structure financing when financing arrangement support is required by clients Build and maintain in-depth internal and external working relationships to develop and maintain financing expertise and market conditions knowledge
- Provide financing advice/solutions to group entities and clients as required Provide expertise in structuring energy-transition-related financings/project structure Develop ad hoc financial models to assess potential investment opportunities and investment metrics
About You:

- Education/Experience: Master's degree in Finance – 5+ years of experience in an international financing environment (bank, corporate) Demonstrated capabilities in financial structuring of industrial projects (debt and/or equity)
- Languages / Technical skills: Very good command of English Knowledge of export & project financing processes and issues, banking products (structured finance, project finance, export finance, trade finance, commercial banking)
- Personal and interpersonal skills: Autonomous, proactive, results-driven with solid organizational and multi-project management skills Strong negotiation and anticipation skills, with a high degree of adaptability
