Production Supervisor

Job Title: Chef d'Equipe Production

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production and support services staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the resources required to achieve targets set by the organization.
• Organize teams according to activity and check the adequacy of short-term workload/capacity.
• Lead and manage production and support services teams within your scope of responsibility.
• Assist operators by providing instructions and explanations in the event of problems.
• Carry out regular visual checks of team progress.
• Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security, and employment code rules.
• Contribute to human resources management tasks, including hiring, training, annual appraisals, development of high-potential individuals, and qualification management for individual sites.
• Introduce and encourage multi-skilling within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and/or problem-solving initiatives.
• Provide change management.
• Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager.
• Update dashboards.
• Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility.

Requirements:

• 10 years' experience in HSE team management.
