**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our commercial team as a Commercial Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to clients and prospects
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
