Your Role

  • Lead Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our esteemed health club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members.
  • Membership Growth Strategist: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new members, retain existing ones, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling membership packages and promotional materials.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the entire member journey. Address inquiries promptly, resolve concerns effectively, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Fitness Program Curator: Design and organize engaging fitness programs and activities for both in-house guests and external members. Stay abreast of industry trends to offer a diverse range of classes and services.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and guide your team of fitness professionals to deliver outstanding service and achieve shared goals.
