Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows expert to join our Infrastructure & Support team as a Team Lead - Workplace Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-skilled team of engineers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the effective implementation of Windows 10 and Windows 11 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide guidance and follow the activity of 5 to 10 engineers
* Ensure the TotalEnergies' directives are implemented in a timely manner
* Build the budget of our team (forecast, follow, closing)
* Describe installation procedures, equipment configuration, and operational documentation
* Train and accompany the operations team in mastering their tasks
* Provide level 3 support on Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Build and ensure the effectiveness of Windows desktop-oriented KPIs

Requirements

* Significant experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 technologies
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11, including configuration and packaging through SCCM, GPO, and Intune
* Familiarity with Cloud Technology support of Windows desktop environments
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Exchange technologies (on-premise and online)
* Comfortable in Citrix environments and printing enterprise solutions (Ricoh)
