About the Role
As a Chargé de mission RH en alternance H/F, you will be responsible for managing the human resources function on a site, ensuring the integration and follow-up of employees, and performing administrative tasks related to HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative tasks related to HR, including contract management, payroll preparation, and employee onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR projects, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with changing HR regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
