Key Responsibilities
The Client Operations Engineer is an integral member of a specialized team tasked with:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of client solutions
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving intricate technical issues (level 2/3)
- Serving as a vital resource on Checkpoint firewall technology, aiding the team in developing expertise in this area
In this capacity, you will undertake the following duties:
- Manage customer inquiries: modifications and/or complex incidents
- Diagnose problems and assess their origins to propose and implement corrective measures
- Oversee escalations with clients and partners
- Maintain client documentation and develop operational protocols
- Act as a point of reference for Checkpoint technology within the team
Candidate Profile
Possessing a Bac+4/5 degree, you should have at least 3 years of experience in security matters (preferably with an integrator).
You should demonstrate robust technical expertise in the following areas:
Firewall: Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper ...
Load Balancing: F5
Proxy: BlueCoat, Ironport ...
With a passion for technology and your profession, you should exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities, be proactive, and possess a strong service-oriented approach.
A good command of English is highly recommended.
