You will coordinate with various disciplines (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Health, Safety, and Environment) to ensure that all requirements are encompassed in pre-qualification and tender documents – including contractual flowdowns. Additionally, you will prepare and issue the Request for Quotation to the suppliers from the Bidders list utilizing the SAP Ariba tool.
Your responsibilities will include conducting commercial negotiations to secure the most favorable agreements for the contractor. You will also create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP and expedite their approval process.
It is essential to respond promptly to any delays and monitor the progress of Supplier documentation, ensuring timely issuance by the Supplier and review/approval by both the contractor and Client. You will also handle Technical Queries, Deviation Requests, and Non-Compliance Reports efficiently.
Collaboration with the Package Manager is crucial to understand the interfaces of the Purchase Order with other project activities and to incorporate the associated constraints into the contract.
