Job Summary:

SOLIHA Isère Savoie is seeking a skilled Housing Counselor to join our team in the Rehabilitation Accompanied service. As a Housing Counselor, you will be responsible for accompanying homeowners and tenants in their projects to improve their living space, while mobilizing all possible financial aids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners and tenants to discuss their needs and goals for improving their living space.
  • Assess the feasibility of projects and provide guidance on the necessary steps to take.
  • Work with clients to identify and apply for financial aids, such as government subsidies and loans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as technicians and ergotherapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to home improvement.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure a smooth project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, housing, or urban planning.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as housing counseling, social work, or urban planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license.
