• Set up and calibrate machine tools for both custom and mass production of components
• Interpret and analyze both straightforward and intricate technical drawings (turning, milling, boring)
• Choose the most suitable cutting tools for the specified component
• Assess the material quantities required for production
• Review manufacturing stages and estimate timeframes for each component
• Establish and document a machining production workflow
• Perform tests, adjust configurations, and adhere to machining protocols
• Ensure compliance of equipment
• Proactively identify and resolve issues

Proficiency in programming languages is essential. Skills in defining and documenting machining processes, along with experience operating various machines (lathe, milling machine, boring machine, grinder) are crucial.

Working Hours:

7:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Essential Skills and Attributes: Quick responsiveness, strict compliance with safety regulations, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret signals and symbols.

Educational Qualifications: Relevant experience complemented by a Vocational Diploma in Toolmaking or Machining Technology.
